Membership Process

Apply using our online FREE membership application (below). Before applying, please be sure to read and understand our "Rules and Regulations", then complete and submit an application- using our FREE online membership application; located under the "Apply" tab.
Complete background check. Upon initial selection, applicants must complete a background check. The background process fee is $50/per applicant. *If you are an employee of Sareva, L.L.C., a second background check will NOT be necessary for admittance into Variety Sports Club- if a Variety Sports Club application is submitted within one-year of hire date.
Submit required documents and become a member. After passing background check, applicants will be required to complete and submit a "Membership" enrollment form, sign a "Release of Liability" waiver, and provide a copy of ACTIVE medical insurance and VALID (unexpired) I.D. Upon submission of these documents, applicants will become official members. *No membership fee will be due the first year of enrollment.
Sign-up for an activity. Members will be provided an online membership account for activity sign-ups. Dates, times, and costs (typically ranging between $0 to $100) will be provided under each activity.
Purchase necessary attire and equipment. Members will be required to wear Variety Sports Club t-shirts, athletic shorts/pants, and closed-toe sneakers, as well as, purchase their own equipment (ex. baseball bat) for participation- unless otherwise stated. *One FREE Variety Sports Club will be provided upon joining; additional t-shirts must be purchased.
Pay annual membership fee. After one FREE year of membership, all members will be required to pay an annual $60 membership fee. *Membership fees continually reserves spot in Variety Sports Club each year, as well as, covers annual background checks.
